About ComunicaYa
We started ComunicaYa because we were tired of reading software reviews that felt like they were written by someone who never actually used the product. You know the ones. They list every feature on the pricing page, throw in some screenshots, and call it a review.
That's not what we do here. We sign up for these tools, run them through real workflows, and write about what actually happens. Sometimes a tool is great. Sometimes it falls apart the moment you try to do something beyond the basics. We'll tell you either way.
What we cover
Our focus is business communication software. That includes CRM platforms, email marketing tools, customer support software, team chat apps, SMS marketing platforms, and marketing automation systems. Basically, if your business uses it to talk to customers or your own team, we probably have opinions about it.
How we test
Every tool we review goes through hands-on testing. We create accounts, set up campaigns, build workflows, import contacts, and use the tool like a real business would. We pay attention to things that matter in daily use: how fast is the interface? Does the search actually work? What happens when you hit the limits of the free plan?
We also look at pricing transparency, support quality, and how easy it is to get your data out if you decide to switch. Vendor lock-in is a real problem, and we think more reviews should talk about it.
Our approach to honesty
We don't rank tools based on who pays us the most. Our reviews reflect what we found during testing. Period. When a tool has a sponsored placement on our site, we label it clearly. We think that's the minimum, and we stick to it.
Some of the tools we review have affiliate programs, and yes, we may participate in those. But we never let that change what we write. If a tool with a generous affiliate program is mediocre, we'll say so. Our reputation is worth more than a commission check.
Who's behind this
ComunicaYa is run by a small team of people who've spent years working in marketing, sales ops, and customer support. We've been the ones stuck with bad software, and we've been the ones who had to make the case to switch. That experience shapes everything we write.
